This is a combination of a few factors, a. I gave up smoking early on in the year b. I do have some disabilities in the way of dodgy knees and back c. Do i go for walk in wet windy weather or log computer on and be lazy....guess what has won up till now? It is therefore my intention that as of Monday 9th November i intend ...
